Forget naked bike rides, go all the way!

This article from the always reputable Sunday Mail (check sarcasm sensors) is about a 51 year-old homeless man in Britain who has been legally accused of having sex with his bicycle. My first thought is how that ever became a crime in the first place, my second thoughts are how and why?
